lcd of q and 3q/4 is 4...multiply q by 4/4,
also add 2/3 to both sides
4q/4 - 3q/4 < 2 + 2/3
q/4 < 2 2/3
q/4 < 8/3
multiply both sides by 4
q < 4(8/3)
q < 32/3
q < 10 2/3
