The linear functions for the weekly salary are:
7.25*H
15 + 7.25*h
You can now figure out the weekly salary.
For 10 hours they are 7.25 * 10 = 72.50 and 15 + 7.25*10 = 15 + 72.50 = 87.50
As stated, you cannot assume the same number of
hours are worked each week. Otherwise you do
3(7.25h) + 2(15 + 7.25h) =
21.75h + 30 + 14.50 h =
36.25h + 30
Now you plug in the h=10 and h=25 to figure out the salaries.
