First, you have to know that the slope (m) of the line form by two points A(x1,y1) and B(x2,y2) is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1).
So we get the slope of the line is (4-7)/(2-3)=3, so the line equation becomes y=3x+b.
Substituting one of the points into the equation, for instance, the first point(3,7): 7=3*3+b, we can get that b=-2
The equation of the line is y=3x-2
