Need help on this please.

How do I do this?? I am SO confused. Please help.

Are you trying to factor it, determine possible values for x (which would require the equation being equal to something else) or what?

THE gcf (GREATEST COMMON FACTOR) is 10; all you can do is say the expression equals 10(2x4-3x+3)

Look at all the coefficients and the constant; each one ends in zero. That means each is a multiple of ten.
This involves FACTORING, which I did for you.
