The point-slope form of the equation of a line:
y-y1 = m(x-x1) where m=slope and (x1,y1) is a point
y-6 = (-5/3)(x-(-1))
y-6 = (-5/3)(x+1)
To get the slope-intercept form of the equation of that line:
y = (-5/3)x - 5/3 + 6
y = (-5/3)x + 13/3
