Hi there!

 

Given the equation a*b*c=c*d where a, b, c, and d are all positive integers and none of the integers are the same, find examples that would make the equation work.

 

Ex. 2*3*5=5*6

If c=0, then a,b & c can be ANYTHING.

a*b*c=c*d is equivalent to ab = d.

 

Otherwise, d can be any composite number and a and b can be its factors.

Examples: 1(24) = 24

2(12) = 24

3(8) = 24

4(6) = 24.

 

One more example: (-½)(-48) = 24

 

Answer 2

3*4*5=5*12

 

4*5*6=6*20
