0 = 2900 + 85x - 3300 - 60x

 

0 = 25x - 400

 

400 = 25x

 

x = 400/25 = 16

 

CHECK:

    33 + 16*.6 = 33 + 9.60 = 42.60

    29 + 16*.85 = 29 + 13.60 = 42.60

 

They will cost the same with 16 gigabytes usage, which will cost $42.60.

Plan B is cheap IF the usage is under 16 gigabytes.
