Why is the limit as n=>0+ of this = -1?

So the limit as n=> 0+ for abs(X^2 - x/100)/(x^2 - x/100) = -1, NOT 1, as I initially thought. 
 
My logic in getting 1 was that plugging in small integral values > 0 (since it's approaching 0 from positive side), would equal the same thing top and bottom, and thus = 1. 
 
But the answer is -1. Can anyone explain this???
