Assuming that you are a pilot of British Airways where in Britain, distances are measured in feet. You are approaching a country where distances are measured in yards, miles, and feet . Assuming that your plane has an in-built computer that you can quickly program to convert a distance in feet into the form X miles, Y yards, Z feet/foot. Given that 1 mile is equivalent to 1760 yards, and 3 feet is equal to 1 yard. Write a computer program ( pseudo code) for the pilot. [Assume that an integer divided by a integer provide an integer value]

Calculate the Miles first
X = Feet \ (1760*3)              [note: “\” is integer division]

 

Then, determine how many Yards
Y = (Feet - X*(1760*3)) \ 3         [note: from Feet not in Miles]

 

Last, find the remaining feet
Z = Feet - X*(1760*3) - Y*3      [note: Feet neither in Miles nor Yards]
