Look at the basis of how you find the slope of a line:
m = (change in y)/(change in x)
Slope between any two points (x1, y1), (x2, y2) is:
m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
Since your line is simply y=6, then, regardless of the x value this will be:
m = (6-6)/(x2-x1) = 0/(some number) = 0
Any horizontal line of format: y = n where n is some number, has a slope of zero
To graph just pick any 2 values for x, combined with a y value of 6...
(1, 6), (3, 6) for example.
Plot the two points and draw your STRAIGHT HORIZONTAL LINE at y=6
