No luck locating an add that gives just the percent.
Every last one of them has the original price and the discount price.
Here's what you do. Suppose for example the TV set
costs $500 and it is 30% percent off.
First change 30% to a pure decimal number by moving the
decimal two places to the left <--- that way
So 30% = 0.30
Next you multiply: so 30% of 500 = 0.30 x 500 = 150
So $150 shall be discounted.
The sale price is $500 - $150 = $350
