Generating permutations with some control of output

Question

I want to generate permutation of large number and also control the outputs. Forexample, permutation 10 numbers (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0). Since the output will be large, I want to be able to put parameters to avoid some outputs, such as 2,1,3 4,5 6 7,8,9,0, per the above example. I only want the mixed numbers, no consecutive numbers. Your guidance much appreciated. Thx.

If this is a programming question, you must define the rule for exceptions very carefully, and apply it to the innermost part of a nest of statements that control the generation of first, second, third, ...nth digits being generated, in order to filter out (skip issuance of output) for cases that are to be excluded by your precise rule (to be decided by you).
