magine that you are the head of recruiting for a major airline. You are charged with replacing several department-head positions by the end of the year. In a short 2-page essay, lay out the arguments for recruiting from within the company and recruiting from outside the company.

You can perhaps rephrase your question to ask where to look for sources & materials to help you develop your arguments, how the essay should be structured, or for editing help when you have finished drafting your essay.
