How would you as a CEO of a company make sure that elements leadership were used in production, operational, and financial controls?

Leaders motivate others towards organizational goals in production, operations and finance. Leaders craft the vision of the company which should guide decisions as far as achieving objectives such as quality control. Metrics are used to measure performance in each of these key functional areas.
