Use cross multiplication to cancel out the two in the denominator.

2*(m/2)<2*(-5)

Cancel out

2(m/2)<2*(-5)

Leaves you with a 1 in the denominator

(m/1)<(2*-5)

Multiply a positive and a negative

m<(-10)
