Place the 5 consonants in a circle.  The 4 A's can be in any one of the 5 spaces between the consonants.

Once this is done, the consonants on both sides of the A's are fixed.

For each placement of the A's, there are 3! way to arrange the remaining 3 consonants.

 

Therefore, there are 5(3!) = 30 ways to arrange the letters of the word

JACARANDA in a circle if the A's must be together.
