Your equation, y = 3?2x is unclear.  But no matter what it is, just plug in 1 then 2 then 3 in place of x and compute what the y value is.  For example, if your equation is y = 3 + 2x, then for x=1, y = 3 + 2(1) = 3 + 2 = 5.  Pretty easy.  You can do it.
