A bag has 6 red blocks and 4 green blocks. Cliff takes a block out of the bag at random, records the color, then replaces the block in the bag. He does this 20 times. Which answer shows the results he is most likely to have?

Like Mark stated, you didn't provide the answers. I will share the general approach with you.
The theoretical probability of taking a red block is 6/10 = 0.6 and a green block is 4/10 = 0.4.
Theoretically speaking, after 20 trials, the number of green and red balls picked should reflect this probability HOWEVER there is the element of CHANCE! Remember, statistics is only a likelihood and does not provide us with the exact answer. If you try for a very very large number of times, you should get very close to these theoretical values though.
In summary, I would pick the choice that provides the values closest to the theoretical values.
