(4c−x)^2−(2c+3x)^2

(4c - x)² - (2c + 3x)² = (4c - x + 2c + 3x)(4c - x - 2c - 3x) = (6c + 2x)(2c  - 4x) = 2(3c + x) * 2(c - 2x)

 

= 4[(3c + x)(c - 2x)]

 

This original expression was the difference of two squares
