perimeter = 2(l +w)
20 = 2l + 2w
10 = l+ w
l =10-w
Area = l* w
24 = l*w
24 = (10-w)*w
24 =10w -w2
w2 -10w + 24 = 0
(w-6)(w-4)=0
w=6, w=4
l=10-w=10-4=6
length= 6cm
width=4cm
