All of the problems you posted are the same. You won't learn if we do them all for you. Try to translate the words into equations and solve the equations. That's all there is to it.
I will set this one up for you but I won't solve it. I hope that way you will give it a try.
"If the square of a positive integer" translates into: x^2
"is added to 3 times the integer" translates into: +3x
"the results is 54" translates into: =54
So, x^2+3x=54, or x^2+3x-54=0
You will get 2 values for x. Accept only the one that is a positive integer. That is your solution.
