Assume that the exponents are, respectively, 5x+1 and 8x+7.
Replace 4 by 2 squared and replace the first eight on right side by 2 cubed...then you will have two exponential equations having the same base, two.
Equate their exponents and solve: 2(5x+1) = 3(8x+7)
