What is the pH of a buffer when 12 g of NaH2PO4 and 8.00 g of Na2HPO4 are diluted with water to a volume of 0.50 L? (Ka=6.2 x 10^-8)

Use the Henderson-Hasselbach equation.  You've got the Ka, so you can calculate the pKa.  You've got the grams of acid and base, so you can calculate the moles and plug them into the log term of the equation.
