(x-7)2+11/3=0 has no Real solutions because the squared quantity would have to be negative to yield zero.
[(x-7)2+11] / 3 = 0 has no Real solutions because if a quotient is zero its numerator would have to be zero, and the squared quantity would have to be negative to yield a zero numerator.
If you are allowed to take square roots of a negative quantity (result is imaginary), then these equations, whichever one is correct, have complex conjugate solutions.
