I need a question involving what makes a leader successful.

Question

I have to ask it analytically for a proposal memo. The basis of the paper will be used throughout the term for me to add to and eventually complete. I also need to ask questions that go into the further details of my questions.

In order to be a successful leader, you need to know the issues that are important to the ones you are leading.  What is it that they need and want?  How will you address and handle those issues?  What will you do to meet their satisfaction?

 

You must give the people what they want, with good reason of course.
