In order to do this you need to find points on the line. The easiest two points to find are the intercepts, since you can clearly see them.
The y-intercept is: (0,1)
The x-intercept is: (2,0)
Then you need to find the slope: 0-2/1-0=-2/1=1 so m=1
Next, choose a point and plug it into the point slope formula
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-1=1(x-0)
y-1=1x-1
y=1x+0
so the equation of the line is y=1x
