Michael, I've been noticing a lot of downvotes recently, and I'm almost certain they are coming from one or two specific tutors who seem more interested in seeming superior than in helping students. Even when they don't post on a specific question, their patterns of activity are pretty recognizable. Your answer, as usual, is spot on!

I think I have one person in mind who I suspect. I came across a tutor 2 years ago who did not want to explain his solution when answering a question. I debated him saying that he should give explanations because there are other people who may be reading that question and answer. He took it the wrong way and told me I should delete my account.

I came across a question where a tutor received more than 8 votes for almost every question he answered recently. The questions that we answered consistently and received only at most 2 votes, he received between 8 and 12 votes for those same questions. If anyone is curious about this, see the questions in the "most voted" tab in this section of the site. You will see what I mean. Check each question for similar answers too.
