The correct expression of P (E1'|E2') in words is C. The probability of a customer not cashing a check, given that the customer did not make a deposit.
 
Now,
 
P(E1') = 23/75
 
P(E2') = 34/75

P(E1' ∩ E2') = 11/75

So, P(E1'/E2') = P(E1' ∩ E2')/P(E2')

                     = (11/75)/(34/75)

                     = 11/34
 
Hence, P(E1'/E2') = 11/34
