If a couple has 4 children, what is the probability that they have exactly 2 boys and 2 girls?

I believe that Arthur's answer is not correct.

This is a Binomial Distribution Problem.

 

There are 4C2 ways to have exactly 2 boys & 2 girls, in any order, so this gives 6/16 =3/8 as the correct probability.
