Chocolate bar question relating to equations

The volume of a rectangular chocolate bar is 240cm³. The length of the chocolate bar is 20 cm, and the width of the chocolate bar is 4cm. Find the height of the chocolate bar given V=lwh.

Given V = 240 cm3, l = 20 cm and w = 4 cm.

 

From V = lwh => h = V/(lw)

Substituting the numbers into this last equation, h = 240/(20*4) = 3 cm.
