I get 47 :-)         

 

x,y,z are positive integers —>  x>0, y>0, and z>0

 

For the next relationship, 60 (= LCM(4,3,5)) is the smallest number for which the equality can be true:

4x=3y=5z  —>    x≥15, y≥20, and z≥12  

 

Thus,  x+y+z ≥ 47 … so none of the answers work, not even choice e
