The height of the rocket as a function of time is
h(t) = -16t2 + 150t + 30
When it reaches the ground, h(t) = 0.
0 = -16t2 + 150t + 30
Solve the quadratic for t. You will get two solutions, such as a negative t and a positive t. Only the solution of positive t is physically realistic. Try to work it out, and post a comment if you need further help.
