Parallel lines have the same slope. They will be parallel if you can subtract two points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) to equal -2/3.
-2/3 = (y1 - y2)/(x1 - x2)
parallel line
y= (-2/3)x + b
Different values of b (other than 1 which gives the same line) give infinite parallel lines to y = (-2/3)x + 1
