I'm sure this class is over already, but I'm leaving this here for posterity:
Typically when you're asked to draw a graph of connections, it would look something like a network map:

/ / \
E ---------- \
\ \
---------------- C-------->D
I'm unsure if these are meant to be directional, because "B and C" is mentioned, but C doesn't include B (only D and E), and B is mentioned twice. If they're directional than any of those points should end in an arrow showing the direction (I included one for the "CD" connection for "C with D and E")
