Remember PEMDAS for the order of operations. Paranthesis come before exponents which come before multiplication.
Step 1: Solve everything between paranthesis.
(3+7)(6-3)^2 = (10)(3)^2
Step 2: Take the power of the second term.
(3)^2 = 9
Step 3: Multiply the result to the first term.
(10)(9) = 90
