Kimberly: in the first term, do you mean tht it's four divided by (3v2)? If so, parentheses grouping the ENTIRE DENOMINATOR are required when you present the expression on one line--you must understand that the order-of-operations rules would, as written, direct us to compute four thirds of (v2), and there's a BIG difference.
Tutors will be advised to wait for you to clarify this.

a. simplify 2/6 to 1/3
b. choose common denominator 3v2
