A research firm has calculated that the annual sales of a particular corporation can be represented by the Polynomial 0.08x² + 540x [phone]. The corporation has two divisions and the annual sales from one of them is 0.04x²+120x+29856791. X represents the number of years since the corporation was founded in 2005. What Polynomial represents the sales of the other divisions ?

   (0.08x² + 540x [phone]) -( 0.04x²+120x+29856791)

 

= 0.08x² - 0.04x² + 540x -120x + 34965854 - 29856791

 

=0.04x² + 420x + 5109063
