X-intercepts are where F(x) = 0.
 
25x2 + 16 = 0
 
x2 = -16/25
 
x = ± (4/5) i
 
where i = √(-1)
 
F(x) does not have real intercepts on the x-axis.
 
Are you sure the problem was not F(x) = 25x2 - 16 ?  This one does have real x-intercepts.
