I believe your choice d) represents the correct way, but just by comparing your other choices it appears you've left out some words in this one. Here is how the full whole line should be scanned (and I use the convention of indicating a metrical foot with an acute accent mark over the letter representing the main vowel sound of the accented syllable):

That is, the scans in the other three choices show some unnatural accentuation of normally unstressed words and syllables, like "AND" in a), "A" in b) and c) and the second syllable of noble in b) and c) also (i.e., "noBLE"), all of which lead me to believe these are not correct.

 

In addition, b) and c) have examples of conceit with primary stress on the first syllable i.e., "CONceit," and this may indeed have been the stress pattern of the word during the Early Modern English period during which Shakespeare wrote (the line is from his play The Merchant of Venice). It is not uncommon for words to undergo shifts in stress patterns through time, and I'm just not familiar with the history of this particular word; all I know is that in our time it's normally accented on the second syllable only. But analyzing the word with stress on the first syllable forces its preceding adjective true not to receive stress as your answer choices b) and c) have it, which I believe is incorrect given the desired overall metrical pattern of the line.
