One easy way: divide by 3 to get the middle number, 121.  The three consecutive nos. are 120, 121, 122.

Now I'll set it up in the classic algebra way: Let n = first number, so others are n+1 & n+2.
 
363 = n + (n+1) + (n+2).  Combine terms & solve for n.
