This time you get to plug the numbers in. LOL
Volume of sphere = (4/3) π r^3 so a hemisphere is half that.
Surface area of a sphere is 4 π r^2 so a hemisphere is half that.
You want to find the surface area from the volume.
V = (2/3) π r^3
so r^3 = (3 V) / (2 π)
and r^2 = ((3 V) / (2 π))^(2/3)
...Plug that into S = 2 π r^2 and, since you know V you can solve for S.
Whenever you do a problem like this, take your time and start with a clean sheet of paper. You don't want to lose the details, because there's a lot of steps there.
