The vertex of f(x) is point (0, 0).  Move the vertex 2000 units to the right from the point (0, 0), then move up 20 units.  Then, you will stretch the function horizontally by a factor of 2000 and flip the function upside down.  G(x) is 2000 times wider than f(x).

 

G(x) is a parabola with a vertex of (200, 20) that is stretched horizontally by a factor of 0.005 that opens downward.  The maximum height of the dive is 20 yards at a horizontal distance of 200 yards.
