carol sold 420 student tickets and 150 adult tickets to the school play. this is a ratio of 42 to 15. why might she decide to keep the actual number instead of an equivalent ratio

If you are selling anything, service, manufactured goods, or any other product for profit, you want to be able to keep the track of the exact amount of money use in the business. Using ratio will not help you in determining actual cost and sale prices in a competing market.
