HELPPP PLEASE!!!!!    Write an equation for the line parallel to the line −2/5x − 7y = −1 through the point (−4, 7). Please enter your answer in slope-intercept form or standard form.

(-2/5)x-7y=-1
-7y=(2/5)x-1
y=(-2/35)x+(1/7)
parallel lines have the same slope
y=mx+b
y=(-2/35)x+b through the point (-4,7)
7=(-2/35)(-4)+b
7=(8/35)+b
7-(8/35)=b
6 27/35=b
y=(-2/35)x+ 6 27/35
y=(-2/35)x+(237/35)
