It is easier to fix pressure. This is because every system has a valve that controls the flow of gas or fluids entering in and out the system. If you open that valve, then the system will have less pressure because the gasses are free to flow. Now if you close the valve, the gasses are not free to enter or leave the system. It becomes trapped in the system and the system is overloaded with gasses, thus resulting in high pressure.
You can find valves in systems that have pumps.
Of course temperature is not easy to fix because it is affected by nature and other external environments, something that you cannot control.
