why is it necessary to have a refrigerant of high critical pressure

i just wanna know the effect of critical pressure on the properties of refrigerant

When high pressure is present, what results from that pressure is heat.  Having a refrigerant keeps the temperature from being too high.  Or rather, the refrigerant controls the temperature of system in which the pressure affects.
 
Think of refrigerant as the refrigerator in your home.  The temperature in a refrigerator is kept cold.

A refrigerant is a substance or mixture that keeps the temperature of a system cool.  In other words, it controls how much heat a system is allowed to experience.  Heat is the result of such high pressure.

Yes.  Even though the pressure will be high, the refrigerant will control how high the temperature rises.

i will also want to ask you why in many multicompressor systems during refrigeration,they mostly if not always contain only one condenser and two or more evaporators?

As for your other question, I would say that having one condenser will keep the system in working order, and the evaporators keep the system from overfreezing.  If the system overfreezes, then the electrical/thermo systems that run the system will not function correctly.  It's like a mechanism to help control the temperature distribution.
