what is the improper fraction and mixed number of 9 10/9

i cant solve this problem

9 10/9 is a mixed number that has the whole number 9 added to the improper fraction 10/9.  10/9 is improper because the numerator is larger than the denominator.  It can be reduced to 1 1/9.  That means that 9 10/9 is equal to 9 + 1 1/9 = 10 1/9.  Now, it is a whole number added to a proper fraction (and is still a mixed number).

As David noted the final correctly stated mixed number is 10 1/9
 
If you need to turn that into a final improper fraction you
multiply the denominator by the whole number.. add that product
to the numerator ... put the sum over the original denominator..
  a b/c = (c*a + b)/c
 
10 1/9  =  (9*10 + 1)/9 = 91/9
