I don't understand where to go from here. How do I get the t's to equal the rest?

Assuming that the equation is (t+2)log4 = (t-1)log7, we have
tlog4 + 2log4 = tlog7 - log7
tlog7 - tlog4 = 2log4 + log7
t(log7-log4) = 2log4 + log7
t = (2log4+log7)/(log7-log4) = (log16+log7)/(log7-log4)
= log112/log1.75
