for inequalities, treat just like an equation, however when dividing or multiplying by a (-) negative number reverse the >  or <  to the opposite

 

so,   subt 4X each side  

 -3Y < 24 - 4X

 

now, divide by -3 AND REVERSE THE < to >    !

 

   Y >  24/(-3) - 4X/(-3)     OR  Y > (4/3)X - 8      (2nd from bottom)

1) Press APPS.  This will take you to the applications list. 

2) Scroll down to select "Inequalz".  Press any key.  This will take you to the Y= screen.

3) Press ALPHA and any of the 5 top keys to select your comparison symbols and replace it with other.

4) Type in your expression.

5) Hit GRAPH

 

 

And to get out of the inequality mode, repeat steps 1 and 2. Then hit "Quit Inequal".
