A cone has volume V=1/3πr²h, where r is the radius of the cone's base and his the height of the cone. Find the height in centimeters of a cone with volume 756πcm³ and radius 18 centimeters.

You need to plug in the numbers and solve.

 

756 = (1/3) (pi) (324) h

 

Now multiply both sides by 3 to get rid of the fraction on the right side and divide both sides by 324 and pi leaving only h on the right.
